1996: Casprel Pty Ltd (Privately owned advisory company) Gained
a six month contract with CSIRO, Department of Industry Science and
Technology (DIST) and Telstra to investigate the effect of expanded
and interconnected IT use in the national health sector. With an emphasis
to connect SME partners, online, to expand their sources of government
and corporate business growth potential.
1993 - 1996: Techcomm Ltd The partners in four of the twelve
TCG Group companies floated their private companies into one public
entity. Led the float's due diligence executive team and led the presentation
to the investment community before, during and post the successful float.
Spent 3 years as Executive Director and resigned in 1996. Today, Techcomm
is operating as Utility Services Ltd, a successful company in which
Casprel remains a major shareholder. One of the last advisory tasks
at Techomm was to co-author a report with Monash University titled "Advice
on Electronic Commerce for the SME', published by DIST and which became
the catalyst for the PeCC Project.
1988 - 1995: Ilid Pty Ltd A joint founder and Managing Director
of a TCG Group company: chaired by the late Ken Myer, marketing unique
patented technology for the maintenance of pricing data on retail shelving.
Remain a shareholder along with National Australia Bank, Heinz Foods

Norand Pty Ltd with the TCG Group of companies. Over the next 15 years,
as Managing Director, it grew to be the largest vendor of data capture
and data reticulation technology in the Southern Hemisphere, with offices
in 8 countries. Recognised as a 1980 pioneer in the data capture, change
management marketplace with the worlds first sales of 'clever', remote
and mobile field force applications. All of which were at the forefront
of today's b2b activity. Including solutions for Coca-Cola (international
award), CBS (first two-way transmission), Arnott's (first pen computers)
and the first in-vehicle invoice printing equipment. Also pioneered
the introduction of vehicle mounted RF (wireless) terminals that revolutionised
warehousing performance at David's, Woolworths and in 1994 a national

and change management procedures had been finally implemented? All 150
of them.

employed as Distribution Manager and resigned as General Manager. The
