Note also, the use of open dispensaries. Many pharmacists have claimed to be the first to incorporate this type of design in their pharmacies. I began using them in my own pharmacies in 1968, and they were a common feature of our shop design division within our consulting group by 1972.
I think this pre-dates all other claims.
