MANAGEMENT SERVICES

THE BUSINESS PLAN

The following is a summary of the proposed business plan, which is only prepared after a detailed survey of all business systems, management procedures and marketing strategies. All management and staff are interviewed and consulted along the entire process, and a concensus is formed prior to considered recommendations being delivered.
At all times assistance is available for staff training or the utilisation of Computachem staff to relieve any strains that may evolve during implementation.

The following is our standard format:

1. The Mission Statement

A brief statement about who you are and what you will do. It will state overviews and goals relating to marketing, service and employees.

2. The Executive Summary

A brief description of the entire business plan (written after the plan is completed) and includes;
a. a general description of the plan,
b. a description of the organization,
c. a brief overview of the marketing program,
d. business goals, financial goals and requirements.

3. The Organization Analysis

This area covers a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats). It will describe your organizational history; your product, program and service offerings; prospective target markets and customers; technology and resources; major competitors and competitive position, the factors required for success and cost comparisons. It will define the unique positioning your organization holds, the image the organization possesses, who are the customers and where they are located, what are the customer/client primary needs and desired benefits.

4. Industry Analysis

An "in depth" view of the pharmaceutical industry to include pharmacies and marketing groups, manufacturers, wholesalers, movements and trends of any activity (medium or long term) which may create a future compliance or opportunity.

5. Market Analysis

Prepared in as much depth as possible to give the how and where you offer your goods and services. Market segmentation and markets to target will be identified in terms of attractiveness and affordability. Market research will be an ongoing feature and will underpin all promotional plans. To communicate the range of promotions and services all written materials will be considered such as newsletters, handbills, catalogues, newspaper articles and supplements. To summarize, we will be looking at:
Market scope, market barriers, market demand, market shares, sales volumes, sales approaches, incentive structures and policies, advertising, public relations and promotional plans.

6. Strategic Analysis

A strategic analysis will be defined to cover organizational goals, conceptual plans for performance, a description of tactics needed to succeed, a time schedule for that success plus a list of operating assumptions.

7. Management Analysis

The management analysis identifies current and future key personnel. An organization chart will be illustrated along with management and customer service philosophies. Staff incentives and rewards will also be covered in this analysis. In summary, ComputaChem Services will conduct the assignment so as to:

* increase sales and market share, increase productivity, improve image, develop new markets, recommend appropriate and complementary investments.
